The drive takes around 6-7 hours, and you will pass through beautiful landscapes and charming villages on the way. Once you reach Sankri, you will check-in at your guesthouse or campsite, and the rest of the day is free to explore the quaint little village.

Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (4 km trek, 4-5 hours)

After an early breakfast, start your trek towards Juda Ka Talab. The trek is relatively easy and takes around 4-5 hours to complete. Today is the most challenging day of the trek as you will be trekking to the summit of Kedarkantha. Wake up early and start your trek towards the summit, which is located at an altitude of 12,500 feet. The trek is steep and takes around 3-4 hours to reach the summit. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, including Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Black Peak. Spend some time at the summit, taking in the beauty of the surroundings, before starting your descent back to Kedarkantha Base.
